El día de hoy quiero mostrarles la elaboración de un porron, partiendio de la reutilizacion de material reciclado y usando un globo para hacer la figura ovalada del porron. La elaboracion del proyecto es muy facil de hacer, solo requiere un poco de tiempo para el del material se seque y pueda solidificarse.

MATERIALES UTILIZADOS:

• 1 Globo
• Fecula de Maiz
• Una olla
• Una Cuchara
• Medio litro de agua
• Hojas recicladas
• Un envase de plastico pequeño redondo
• Pintura negra y blanca.
• Un foami Dorado escarchado
• Cartulina o carpetas que puedas reutilizar

PASO PARA ELABORAR EL PORRÓN

PRIMER PASO :

En una olla se va a añadir medio litro de agua y 15 cucharas razas de fécula de maíz y se mezcla. Se cocina a fuego lento y se bate lentamente con la ayuda de una paleta o cuchara. A medida que pase el tiempo la sustancia debe quedar mas viscosa, de manera que al subir parte de la sustancia con la cuchara esta tarde en caer en la olla. Esta mezcla será utilizada como pegamento. Posteriormente se añade el pegamento en un bol y se deja reposar.

SEGUNDO PASO:

Se infla el globo del tamaño que se desea hacer la parte ovalada del porrón, posteriormente se cortan en pedazos pequeños las hojas recicladas, y se añade pegamento a estos pequeños pedazos y se van pegando sobre la superficie del globo, hasta crear una capa completa. Siempre dejando un vacío sin capas en la parte superior del pico de la bomba, como se muestra en la imagen. luego se debe realizar el mismo procedimiento con los pedazos de hojas recicladas y se van creando las capas. en este caso se crearon 6 capas. Una vez terminado las 6 capas se dejar secar el globo de capas de papel.

TERCER PASO:

Una vez que se sequen muy bien las capas de hojas que se le han colocado al globo, se va a cortar el pico del globo con la ayuda de la tijera. Y una vez que se realiza las capas toman la forma del globo como se muestra en las fotos. Luego se traza un área circular en la zona superior del globo para que este tenga uniformidad.

CUARTO PASO:

El envase plástico redondo se utiliza para marcar sobre el cartón el área redonda del envase. y a la vez este se recorta con la tijera. Luego se pinta con tempera negra el envase de plástico redondo. Se utiliza una carpeta y se forma un cilindro, en la parte inferior de la carpeta se va a recortar cuadrados para que permitan ser ajustados a la superficie de redonda creada. Luego se pega el envase de plástico en la parte inferior de la figura circular y el cilindro en la parte superior de lo que seria nuestro porrón. Así como se muestra en la figura.

QUINTO PASO

Se recortan figuras triangulares de papel y se pegan doble el área cilíndrica de nuestro porrón. Esto con el propósito de que al momento de pintar el porrón se muestre el relieve que forman los triángulos. Se pinta la superficie completa de negro y se van formando con la pintura negra rayas con la pintura blanca alrededor del porrón y se difuminan con el pincel.

finalmente se cortan tiras de 6 cm en el foami, estas se recortan y se pegan en la punta del cilindro y en la zona media que une al cilindro con la figura redonda del porrón.

Luego he colocado unas flores. y Listo! hemos terminado.

• Corn starch
• One pot
• One spoon
• Half a liter of water
• Recycled leaves
• A small round plastic container
• Black and white paint
• A frosted gold foami
• Cardboard or folders that you can reuse

STEP TO ELABORATE THE PORRON

FIRST STEP :

In a pot, add half a liter of water and 15 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix. Cook over low heat and beat slowly with the help of a paddle or spoon. As time goes by, the substance should become more viscous, so that when it rises part of the substance with the spoon, it will take time to fall into the pot. This mixture will be used as glue. Then add the glue in a bowl and let it rest.

SECOND STEP:

Inflate the balloon to the size you want to make the oval part of the porrón, then cut the recycled leaves into small pieces, and add glue to these small pieces and glue them on the surface of the balloon, until a complete layer is created. Always leaving a void without layers at the top of the pump nozzle, as shown in the image. then you must perform the same procedure with the pieces of recycled leaves and create the layers. in this case 6 layers were created. Once the 6 layers are finished, let the balloon of paper layers dry.

STEP THREE:

Once the layers of leaves that have been placed on the balloon are very dry, cut the peak of the balloon with the help of the scissors. And once it is done the layers take the shape of the balloon as shown in the photos. Then draw a circular area on the top of the balloon so that it has uniformity.

STEP FOUR:

The round plastic container is used to mark on the cardboard the round area of the container and at the same time it is cut out with the scissors. Then the round plastic container is painted with black tempera.

FIFTH STEP

Cut out triangular shapes from paper and glue them double the cylindrical area of our candle jar. The purpose of this is to show the relief formed by the triangles when we paint the barrel. The entire surface is painted in black and the black paint is used to form stripes with the white paint around the bottle and they are blurred with the brush.

Finally cut strips of 6 cm in the foami, these are cut out and glued at the tip of the cylinder and in the middle area that joins the cylinder with the round figure of the porron.

Then I placed some flowers and that's it! we are done.*
