If you enjoy a good pint and your ever in Cebu City Turning Wheels is a great place to visit. the small Microbrewery is getting a great name for creating some fantastic beers.
located about halfway down P. Almendras Street it's not hard to find and it might not look much as is only a collection of shipping containers at the end of a large car park but don't let that put you off the beers are amazing.
The owner and master brewer Michael has a huge collection of bottled beer so bring him an odd one if you have any unusual local brews or fancy bottles.
It doesn’t matter how good the beer is getting people off their phone is never easy.
