Welcome, to the quarantine show Hivers.
Well, it did rain today, there's a surprise, but I did manage to get a bit done in the garden before the rain stopped play.

My lavender hedge has been trimmed back, but there were a couple of dead plants so I'll need to sort that in the spring as I'll be around a bit longer this year.

I've had the hedge for a good few years now It's one thing I miss being away in the summer I'm careful never to use any weed killers or pesticides on the garden and the hedge is a real haven for bees in the summer.

I managed to fill the garden waste bin with clippings and leaves from the back garden just before it started to rain again so it seemed like a good time to stop.

No time to carry on with the TT unfortunately but it's good to see the water beading on the bonnet after the wax it had yesterday.

The interesting news today is that the UK government has reduced the quarantine requirement from 14 down to 10 days as of Monday for me the 10 days are up tomorrow so it does mean I can go out on Monday. I'm not totally convinced the one thing I don't trust at the moment is Boris and this mob of idiots we have in charge at the moment. They have made some huge pigs ear with Covid over the past 10 months and I don't see this as being any different.

And day 9s dinner I hear you ask. Well, I cooked a lemon chicken breast.
