Well, Hivers here we are day 5 of quarantine and started up a bit of 3D printing I had forgotten how noisy the Ender 3 in the Philippines really was. My UK printer has a silent motherboard with TMC 2209 stepper drivers and it really makes a huge difference to the sound when it's running.
It will part of the plan to take a new motherboard out to the Philippines when I can finally return.
I also realised how short I was on filament here in the UK so there is an order in for more. As I have another 9 days stuck in the house it will give me something to do.
On a positive note, while sorting the mail I did come across a small cheque from the taxman, every little helps as they say but it is going to have to wait till I get out of quarantine before I can put it in the bank.
While the mail has been sorted it has left me with a pile of things to do such as rearranging hospital and dental appointments, Pension forms to fill in and post, along with a huge pile of paper to recycle given a lot of the junk mail has already been sorted out its amazing how much waste there is.
Finally Hivers the high point of my days at the moment. What's for dinner? well, tonight it's grilled salmon, lemon rice, and green beans. I might even crack open a bottle of white wine. Bon Appetit.
