1st Amendment Audit CDA PD With Body Cam From Original Encounter

March 30, 2018. I returned to the Coeur d'Alene to pick up body cam footage (included at the end of the video) from my original encounter with an officer who refused to ID, which led me to the incident at the police department. I kept the camera down while conducting business in a non public area.
