All listed above are somewhat sensitive transactions which sometimes might not be opted to public view but also remain auditable when the need arrives, for such transactions the need to stay private comes into play, afterall no one truly wants to announce certain real world asset acquisition or institutional settlements, say a firm is closing a deal with two or more parties, they would want privacy within themselves while also ensuring verification, settlement-capable, and auditable are fully in place.
