Hi Praditya, when we splurge a bit here in the Philippines and manage to buy a big cauliflower, I enjoy it this way. Two of the most expensive vegetables here are broccoli and cauliflower. Otherwise, I use 2 big balls of cabbage in lieu of cauliflower. There's a different method to preparing it but it also tastes equally good.
