Good day, Hivers! Have a great weekend! Sharing my day with you is truly amazing. I sincerely hope you enjoy reading my writing.
I flung and swung around in bed last night because I was having difficulty coming down to sleep. (Well, when you gets older, as they say that your dozing hours are fewer than when you were younger). I got on to bed around midnight because I ought to finish editing for the monthly issue of the magazine. I awoke around 6 a.m., drowsy, and my vertigo had returned. It's a sunny morning, and I'm reckoned to soak some clothes that have loaded up in the hamper or go out and buy some stuff in the supermarket. But none of those activities is appealing to me. I chose to do some light workouts to perk myself up.
It's been about a week now that I am feeling queasy, but I have to upkeep of myself to be fit and energetic. Feeling dazzled and frazzled is natural. These feelings are not bad or odd. But if I don’t pay attention to myself and take a rain check, I won’t be able to care for anyone else. I flex, so as not to break. The devil melodiously murmured in my ear, “You’re not adequately healthy to defy the storm.” Today I hushed in the devil’s ear, I am the tempest!
I do exercise daily especially when I feel that my body is not in unison with my state of mind. The power of exercise to repress anxiety is an essential health benefit. It dwindles tension as you know that I have two family members that have special needs and are in my care. I cannot allow myself to be unwell. They have no one to hang on to. Aside from exercise I also eat nutritious sustenance. Fruits with lots of Vitamin C and vegetable salads are my antidotes. I call it Mouthwatering Hues On My Plate.
I must be in shape to continue with my daily work, may it be online or house chores. Exercises do wonders to me. May it light stretching or few steps dancing enables me refuel my stamina.
Nutritious foods, exercises and holding on to God's assurances are what I always imprint in my senses to step up and continue with my life's journey...I AM THE TEMPEST and I twitch no more because GOD is with me...
As the breeze continues to howl/and the sky starts to turn grey/and the sun is about to set / hereafter the sun will rise another day.
