Formula 1 Problems in the world
1 - High F1 Hosting Fee. The future of the British Grand Prix in Formul 1 is undoubtedly after the owners of Silvestersone sparked a close respite in their contract. The British Racing Drivers' cars are the owners of the Northampton shire circuit and hinted at their intention to withdraw from their current deal within two years, when there is a close respite.
2 - There is no Government participation in the payment of Hosting Fee. 15 of the 19 races last season were funded by the governments of each country in which the race was held, about $ 600.5 million was invested by the government in organizing F1 races in their country. In many cases, the local government is the promoter of the race paying a certain fee to hold F1 in their country.
3 - Revenue generated only from F1 Grand Prix ticket sales. The direct revenue for the race organizers is limited to ticket sales, while funds obtained from broadcasting, merchandising, corporate client services or even from promo banners go to the pockets of F1 owners. Last year's direct revenue in Baku stood at only $ 2.6 million from the sale of 25,000 tickets - only cents compared to the cost.
Solution
1 - Solutions for High F1 Hosting Costs. Negotiation Fee Hosting with F1 Group. Fee Hosting Negotiation with F1 Group is very important, to have a price not exceeding 15 million US $ and to be able to introduce F1 to the African continent and in the Maghreb region more specifically.
2-Solutions for No Government participation in the payment of Hosting Charges. Tunisian Government Participation with Land (300 Hectares) and infrastructure costs.
3 - Solutions for Revenue generated only from F1 Grand Prix ticket sales. They plan to integrate F1 Circuit into a sports complex that will hold several competitions throughout the year and to introduce value-added products to F1 City (hotels, casinos, shopping malls in relation to villa and apartment sales.
