I don't know the reason why taking pictures of balconies and windows attracts a lot of attention, it is something automatic as well as seeing them in black and white directly, visualizing them in this style even before taking the shots. That is why today I share with you a series of photos with this theme. Windows and balconies on Corrientes Avenue in Buenos Aires.

Although this avenue is a modern avenue and famous for its lights, aesthetics and stores, there are still some old buildings that can be seen if you really look closely. They are buildings with large windows and balconies with different styles of architecture. I am very interested in taking pictures of them because they play a bit with contrast and shadows.

When taking these photos I also look for a bit of symmetry as is the case with the first photo in this series. An office building, more modern. On the other hand I close the series with a couple of photos of one of the emblematic buildings on 9 de Julio avenue, which surrounds or is a close neighbor with the famous obelisk of Buenos Aires, a more detailed photo of the top.

Desconozco la razón por la cuál llama mucho la atención tomar fotos a los balcones y ventanas, es algo automático así como también lo es verlos en blanco y negro directamente, visualizarlos en este estilo incluso antes de hacer las tomas. Es por ello que hoy les comparto una serie de fotos con ésta temática. Ventanas y balcones en la avenida corrientes de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.

A pesar de que ésta avenida es una avenida moderna y famosa por sus luces, estética y comercios, quedan algunos edificios antiguos que se pueden ver si realmente miras con detalle. Son edificios con grandes ventanas y balcones con estilos diversos de arquitectura. Me llama mucho la atención tomarle fotos porque se juega un poco con el contraste y las sombras.

Al tomar éstas fotos también busco obtener un poco de simetría cómo lo es el caso de la primera foto de esta serie fotográfica. Un edificio de oficinas, más moderno. Por otra parte cierro la serie con un par de fotos de uno de los edificios emblemáticos en la avenida 9 de Julio, el cual rodea o es vecino cercano con el famoso obelisco de Buenos Aires, una foto más en detalle de la parte superior.
