Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, hoy les vengo a traer una rutina ideal para para ir fortaleciendo los abdominales, les dique hacer abdominales me gusta mucho, incluso dej贸 un dia especifico para ellos, ya que me permite descansar otras partes del cuerpo, y bueno se me dedico a fortalecer esta parte del cuerpo que muchos de nosotros nos da algo de pereza hacer, espero les guste mi post y si me ayudan comentando y compartiendo.
