Most of these you can collect just once a day and it builds up until you collect, not make you collect every 1 hour except for bonus bitcoin which is collect every 15mins.
Once you have collected the coins, it is free to transfer them all into one of the coins, for example, I transfer them all into Doge coin. The minimum withdrawal for Doge is 50 and I am easily able to get that each day and move it to one of my other wallets.
