New Water Parcel...

Yay...

We sold 2 of the 3 snow parcels (so far) that I recently blogged about. This was a great result for us and it allowed for finding more land to play with :)

Come along as I buy a water parcel, from start to dressed...

This land is located in the South West of Nautilus continent. It isn't on an open sailing part of Nautilus but that makes it a lot more affordable to both buy and to sell on to the next buyer too. Some people like to live on the water but don't actually sail, so there is a market for non-sailing land.

I enjoy dressing water parcels and this land is all water, this should be fun...

I decided to cut this 1024 sqm sized parcel into 2x512 sqm parcels. This process is called 'subdividing'

*512 sqm parcels are popular with new premium members as you are allowed the first 512 sqm of land free of tier cost, with your premium membership.

Here are the 2 parcels now dressed, with a boundary to show the land boundaries...

Here is the completed look...

With 2 parcels being next to each other, I tried to make the dressing be both separate but interact with each other, so it could look like 2 completely separate 512's and still work as a bigger 1024 dressing.

I enjoyed dressing these.
