It was already afternoon, around five o'clock, when I headed to where we usually train, with a purpose other than training, which was to do a general cleaning of our entire training space, including the bars, all the weeds, cleaning the mattresses, and throwing away things we no longer needed.
When I arrived, they had already started, and I was surprised by how fast they were working. They had organized the entire space so we could work comfortably and had made progress with almost all of the weed cleaning. That's when I started helping with cleaning the mattresses and arranging them, since the most important part was almost done.
The bars were also cleaned, because we usually use magnesium for a better grip, and all the residue that remained on the bar began to accumulate and became uncomfortable for our hands. The bars were sanded and cleaned, and even the lights were adjusted for training at night.
This general cleaning was very good, not only for the order it brought, but also for getting rid of things that were no longer useful to us, such as parts of mats that were more of a hindrance than a help. It ended up being even better, because arranging everything made it look better and even safer, which is very important for my friends who are into dynamics when practicing their tricks. SWC
