Yellow Magic - "Theme from space invaders" 12" Single 1979
Back in the day before Play Station, video games burst onto to the world with the still popular Space Invaders. Back then very few people had or could afford 'consoles' so we mostly played in pubs and Arcades. This tune reminds me of endless 20p's being fed in a machine to try and stop the onslaught!

Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark - Enola Gay 12" Single 1980

Men at Work - Down Under 1980

Jonathan Rickman and the modern lovers - Roadrunner (Thrice) 1977

Sadly this is one of the records I stupidly threw the cover away and replaced with a cardboard one.

Tom Robinson Band - 2-4-6-8 Motorway 1977

Hands up all those who remember how the press made a big thing out of the fact he was gay?

Jimmy Pursy - Animals have more fun 1981

Now I love this record, but my daughter looked very confused at me when I played it. LOL

Tom Petty and the Heart Breakers - Don't come around here no more 1985

Tom Petty, need I say any more?

David Bowie: Tin Machine - You belong in rock n' roll 12" Single 1991

From his failed experiment with Hard Rock. Three albums and thankfully he kicked it into touch. It was that bad I only bought this and the first album Tin Machine.

David Bowie - John I'm only dancing (Again) 12" Single 1975

You can definitely feel the Young Americans album influence on this recording.

Marc Bolan: T. Rex - Electric Warrior 1971

Sadly the poster is no longer there. Probably still on some bedroom wall from my childhood but the paper sleeve artwork is still amazing.
