I hate Ruby on Rails with a passion. I once had a horrible experience with an Intranet at a customers site built on Ruby on Rails.

In the nicest way possible, stop being hung up on the past. The past is the past, and you hold the reins now, a new broom and all that. Change is painful, but we might need to lose a toe or a finger to save the patient.

"Reporting should be fully anonymous"

Absolutely! Personally, I would announce the intention to phase out payments for submissions and invite reasons for not doing so to be made on Discord, even though I dislike Discord. For the life of me, I can't think why someone needs a payment for a report? It's nice to have, but they don't need it.

"The blacklist is now on the website......."

Excellent! a good step forward (I hope); when I see it, I'll let you know if I hate it or not. 🤣🤣🤣

"In the future I want to put up people's timers for blacklist removal and initiation."

Music to my ears. Again, definitely the way forward. I believe in rehabilitation over no hope punishment.

"We have to keep some identities private, particularly for female members. "

Yep, I totally understand your reasons; however, I'm still mindful of cases being blacklisted for trying to hide identities through multiple accounts. I mean, you even have a banned category for unverified?

Carry on like this, and I'll have nothing to bitch about, and then where will I be? 😉
