I suspect most Hive users think that the way to help [Minnows] people is to throw money at them either through delegation or upvotes, but there are lots of other ways you can help.

Tell all your friends about them.

Post links to their work on the likes of Twitter etc.

Reblog their work.

I'd say that was one way of being excellent with each other that not everyone thinks of doing. Then there's the scenario everyone thinks of: Someone does something wrong. Don't rush to join the mob mentality and stick the boot in; try and explain why something is wrong even if you've explained it a hundred times before going ahead and explaining it one hundred and one times.

Probably the best example I can give is @steevc; he and I disagree on many things; we've had some heated exchanges, but ultimately I believe we treat one another respectively or in other words. We're excellent to each other.
