When you think that its over with you, but with God it ain't over yet because His time is different from our time.
Gods timing is not our time. Our time is limited when God is involved. When God dose His things, it takes patients and timing. When you depend on God, don't rush Him, patiently wait for His time for His time is best for you. God wants us to love Him, to trust Him, believe in Him, and to put all our hope in Him for He cares for us all. God wants us to always communicate with Him through prayers, cause prayer is the means if communication between you and your God.
If you run ahead of your time, you will die before your time.
TRUE STORY:
A pastor was praying for a car because most of his friends have cars. God told him that this is not the right time for him to have a car, but he refused to listen to the voice of God, he continued to pray that God must give him a car. The car came, that same car killed him In an accident as he was driving not too long when he got the car.
Gen17:18
Abraham said to God: "may Ishmael live under your special blessing, but God replied no, Sarah your wife will give birth to a son for you. You will be him Isaac and I will confirm my covenant with him and his descendants as an everlasting covenant.*
Abraham wanted to change the time of God to his own time and give the destiny of Isaac to Ishmael. If that has happened, Isaac would have not been born and Sarah would have died barren. So God told Abraham no, Sarah your wife will give birth to the covenant child. And that decree came to pass at the appointed time of God.
When you are believing God for a particular miracle, you prayed ones don't give up, continue. Mtt7:7 said: "keep on asking and you will receive what you asked for, keep on seeking and you will find, keep on knocking and the door will be open to you. For everyone who asked received. For everyone who seek, found. And to everyone who knock, the door would be open.
God wants us to keep asking Him, keep reminding Him of out heart desires. Because when we don't ask, we will not receive. It is only what you asked for that you received. When you have not received what you asked for don't get angry, because the one that gives has power over the one that asked. When you get angry over what you have not received, don't expect to receive. The only thing anger does is to turn you away from what you are to something else.
Our anger can not move God to give to us that thing we desire. In Moses anger, he could not lead the children of Israel to the promised land because he allowed anger to have control over his spirit. Anger is a bad thing, so God don't want anger to have control over His children. The only person that have the right to be angry at us is God, we always provoke God to angers as humans, in His anger He destroyed the city of Sodom and Gomorrah with stones of fire, then in His love He saved Lot and his family. In His love He asked Noah to build an ark in other for Him to save as many that are willing to hear the voice of His call, and Noah obeyed the instruction of the Lord and built Him the ark.
The ark can be described as the ark of love. Noah preached love to his people in other for them to me saved, instead they rejected the love of God and chose destruction. In God's anger, He destroyed them and saved the ones that cares for Him. As humans, we love those that cares for us, so God wants us to care for Him by praying to Him.
Luke 18:1-5
One day Jesus told His disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up.
"There was a judge in a certain city, who never feared God nor care about people. A widow of that city came to him repeatedly saying, give me justice in this despite with my enemy, the judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself. I don't fear God or care about people but this woman is driving me crazy am going to see that she gets Justice,because she's wearing me out with her consistent request."
If a judge can be disturbed by a particular request, what about God. This is what God wants from us, always ask Him. The problem we most Christians have is, they are believing God for marriage, then they learnt that one of their friends travelled overseas, they just changed their prayer request to that and say: "God I want to travel overseas. " doing that, you are changing the time of life. Know what you want and always ask God for that particular thing, because that one request can open doors for others.
Job14:14
Can the dead live again? If so, this would give me hope through all my years of struggles, and I will wait till my change comes.
Job understood that real change can come from God, so He patiently waited for God to change his story, because he put his trust in God. God changed his story.
Conclusion
Are you heart broken, are you devastated? Put your trust in God and He will change your story.
