One of the greatest privileges anyone can have is to walk with God. Walking with God involves a relationship with God the Father as Adam and Enouch walked with God. A closer walk with God entails a deeper realm and dimension of this relationship with the Godhead.

Text:John 13:21-26

Now Jesus was deeply troubled and He exclaimed, I tell you the truth, one of you will betray me! The disciples looked at each other, wondering whim he could mean. The disciples Jesus loved was sitting next to Jesus at the table. Simon Peter motioned to Him to ask, who is He talking g about?. Soghat disciple leaned over to Jesus and asked, Lord wgi is it?. Jesus responded, It is the one to whom I give the bread I dip in the bowl. And when He had dipped it, He gave it to Judas, son of Simon Iscariot.

A Christian that claims to be born again and is still living in sin has a clear gap to fill. Anyone that has refused to go for water baptism by immersion has issue with God. A Christian that is not evangelising and can not demonstrate both the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit is empty spiritually and carnal.

You can not be closed to someone you do not know. The first step is having a very personal knowledge of God through the born again experience enriched in the salvation plan of God. This involves in putting away old life, living a new one in Christ, that has the genuine fruit of sustained holiness and practical commitment to the propagation of God's interest on earth.

There are benefits that are attached in having a closer walk with God, so don't think you are alone in this. When Enoch walked with God: "and he was not for God took him". Any greater privilege than to be preserved by God until your time of special assignment ripens?.

Abraham walked closely with God and a time came when God said: "shall i hide from Abraham that thing which I do"....? what an honor for the opinion of mortal man to be consulted before a final decision on crucial destiny matters.

Another man that walked closely with God is Job. And God said to Satan: "hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and upright man, one that feared God and eschewed evil"?. I will say here that blessed is the man whom God can trust. Can God trust you enough?
