Hopeful eyes, happy smiles
Soft hands, million dreams
Is this not the identity of a child?
Then why do i see
Tear filled eyes, terrified faces
Rough hands, and shattered dreams

Deprived of their childhood
Overloaded with work
Burdened with responsibility
At such a young age.

So much to learn
So much to accomplish
But not given enough time
Fight for a cause
Raise your voice
Stop child labor

Put a smile back on their face
Give them the childhood
That was stollen from them
Fight for a cause
Raise your voice
STOP CHILD LABOR

A British poet William black also wrote a poem regarding child labour "chimney sweepers". He expressed in this poem about child labour in London. However, he brought the issue of child labour before the world in his poem and went against child labour. He clearly mentioned that child labour attacks the health of innocent children and their lives. In short, children lost their lives due to working in chimneys at their early age. Hence, his intentions were to make revolution against child labour therefore he wrote this poem.
