If you are willingly working on the big platform named steemit than there is a different way to encourage the new one who are totally new in this platform.I mostly motivated to keep steemit and working on steemit by several ways such as:
1)I always write minimum 10 replies of the question so I get good upvote on my replies and so I get steem power in my steemit account.
2)In my routine life I share one blog on steemit and the newbies upvote on my blog then also I get motivated from the upvote .
- If I work with laziness there is no one to say why you are becoming lazy but if you work hard whole world tell you why you are wasting so much time in this platform so don't become lazy and don't listen any one if you are motivated in this platform neglect the word from the mind.
4)If I upvote on other blog I surely get upvote on my blog so I am eagerly to give up otes to other and so others will upvote and I get motivated .
