Why does the pending payout of Steemit fall as the days go by?

Nice answer sir I had a answer for you that the payout of steemit is comes in steem and steem dollar what ever you preferred to take.but,you all you know that nowadays Bitcoin price is going on decreasing so alternative coins all start going down so the price of a steem also goes down and we fills that the pending payout of steemit is going down as the days go by but if the price goes up then no one will tell that the price is going down .if the bull runs comes in cryptocurrency then suddenly the prices going to increase of steem as well .so, don't me frustrated by the pending payout of steemit falling as days go away.
