Yes,you are right with the questions because if you are new in steemit and musing you will only only question instead of typing answer because in answer it takes too much time and we have write it in dip so answer is not done by people instead if that people mostly preferred to write question because there are new in the platform if musing and steemit.
Newone don't want to waste there time in writing answer so they think instead of writing answer they write question and they fill they will earn more but this is not possible for them because first of all they should able to write answer then only they can easily make question otherwise they can't able to do so..
In question it only takes 1 minute and in answer we should have to think first then only we are able to give answer so it takes more time and so mostly people preferred to give question instead of writing answer.
