What are the implications of student freedom in higher institutions?

The implications of students freedom in higher institutes are there are several study program are there for the adult and the mature boys and girls.

There are various higher institutes are there for people of studies.mostly people goes for Canada ,Australia,Poland,Russia for further studies.so they migrate from their country and moves to above mentioned country.

Higher institutes are the programme based on the tutor and the children and the tutor comes in the classroom and speak for 1-2 hours of lecture and they goes and people who are learning they would understand what they spoke.

Mostly in higher institutes there is a little time of lecture but practical work is more in the higher institutes.so there are various courses available in the higher institutes mostly master classes are found in the higher institutes.

The implication of students towards freedom in higher institutes is good in comparision with bachelor degree courses.
