Panta bhaat, dharda bhaji, egg jhal and bombay chillies—a quintessentially desi, flavourful, simple yet incomparable dish. One such plate is enough to combine the tradition of rural Bengal with the busyness of urban life.

That mild sour-sour taste, sweet aroma of panta rice—cools the mind on a hot day and comforts the stomach.

Accompanied by crispy fried rice, each bite has a desi taste. Egg jhale is a mixture of spices and jhal, which when mixed with rice takes you to a different world of taste. And Bombay chili? That's the surprise - just one bite, a storm of taste!

Such food not only fills the stomach but also fills the mind. That simple life in the village, the cool afternoon breeze, the memories of sitting and eating in the courtyard—all come to mind. This plate of simple, yet unique flavors is a big part of our culture.
