Today's Iftar is prepared in a homely atmosphere, which will not only fill the stomach, but also make the whole family enjoy eating together. Made for Iftar are golden potato chops, purple and egg chops - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, bursting with masala and onion-chili flavors in one bite. Along comes boot bhaji, made even tastier by the perfect masala and onion-garlic mix.
The cucumber slices are very fresh, which will bring a balance to the fried food, it will be light and refreshing to eat.
And at the end of the iftar, what happens without the sherbet? Cold, sweet, and healthy, this sorbet takes away the fatigue of a hot day in one fell swoop. Floating on top are black tokama seeds, which are not only beautiful to look at, but also great for digestion.
The smell of this iftar spread throughout the house from the evening, the busyness of everyone at the iftar table and the relief of the first sip of water or sherbet - this is the real beauty of Ramadan!
