We are all the same as everyone, no one is better than anyone, we are all good in our own way and in different aspects of life, not because I have a better job I will discriminate against someone who is below me, so to speak in a certain way although I do not like it, at work, maybe that person is not in the best job where he could perform well, but that was the job he had to choose out of necessity or maybe he's just starting and you never know the laps that of life and then that person who is beginning to have a better job than the one who discriminated against him.
There are also those who believe that they have a unique and special talent, that they believe they are the best at what they are doing and that is why they have to humiliate others or make them feel small, maybe he is good in a certain way but other people are better in what he is bad, so you never have to believe better than anyone, we are all the same, feel great and the best but for yourself, so that you do great things and do not make anyone feel bad by making him feel small.
