Hey buddies!

A few days ago I was in Courmayeur, Aosta Valley, it had been a long time since I had been there, so long that I was convinced the last time was the first, both for work. A place that has never inspired me much, despite being in a fantastic location, at the foot of the Mont Blanc chain, but the real "problem" is the cost of living, I will tell you just for information that in most places a coffee costs 2.5 Euros.

The village is populated by about 2700 inhabitants, most of whom are tourists who have second houses, a similar situation also occurs in Cervinia, many of them come from Milan or abroad. The impression I get each time is that I've been catapulted into a fashion city, it's not a place that particularly suits me since I'm not very careful about clothes, but it makes me feel really strange because I only live three quarters of an hour away and it all seems to be in another world.

Not that it bothers me, on the contrary, but in addition to clothes, where I live you only see a so-called luxury car every now and then, most are all normal cars, while in "Curma" (as the village is nicknamed) is full of "big cars", Porsches, Ferraris, BMWs and Audis, practically the percentage ratio is exactly the opposite than in most of the valley.

Up there, at an altitude of 1200 meters, the view, as you can see in the photos in this article, is breathtaking, seeing the Mont Blanc chain in all its majesty is priceless. As I was writing these words, it occurred to me that the first time I went there was in 2007, to attend the Noir in Festival, a film festival during which I was able to watch the legendary film "Diary of the Dead" by George A. Romero.

It remains a prohibitive location for my wallet in short, at least for the moment (LOL), but with a truly spectacular landscape, I hope you will appreciate the photos I took, I took a few because I was with the guys of the community and I could not afford great distractions, it would certainly deserve more attention from the artistic/photographic site.

Talking about work... to be honest I can't take it anymore, the less days are left to the end of the job and of my new life "full time Crypto" the more I can't wait for this blessed end. Many people tell me "you're almost there, lucky you that you're doing well because you're almost at the end", that's what my colleagues say... in reality, inside me I feel the exact opposite, I can't wait for it to end and every minute that I'm at work unwillingly is a minute stolen from my new life, I have to hold on for another fortnight.

If I were in their shoes I would probably think the same thing, but I'm experiencing these feelings on my own skin and they are similar to those already experienced in the past, on the other hand it is also true that each of us reacts to different situations in completely different ways.

With this I say goodbye my friends, a hug to you all, take care and see you soon!

Ciao Amici!
