Today I finished work at 8 pm, usually I was picked up by my brother. But, he couldn't pick me up, so I decided to go home by walking. On the way home earlier, suddenly my eyes fixed on a food vendor on the side of the road. This obedient middle-aged man was selling a traditional Cirebon food called tahu gejrot. I haven't eaten this food in a while, so I decided to buy it. Because I'm a little hungry.

Tahu gejrot is a traditional food from Cirebon, Indonesia. This food made from tofu and other spices. Tahu gejrot consists of tofu that has been fried and then cut into small pieces and then eaten with a sauce that includes chilies, garlic, shallots, and sugar. Gejrot tofu is also a typical Cirebon regional snack that is popular with children and adults alike, because of its distinctive taste sensation. Tahu gejrot is tofu that is cut into small pieces then put on a small plate and usually they used is tofu sumedang. The way to eat it is unique, which is used a small stick and then stick the tofu that has been cut into pieces. Although this food comes from Cirebon, it has spread in major cities in Indonesia. This food is quite popular among the general public.

For those of you who like spicy food, I highly recommend you to try this food. You can order according to the spicy level you want. I usually order the very spicy one, but this time I chose to order it without using chilies. Since I recently had a problem with my stomach, so I temporarily avoided spicy foods. But don't worry, even though you don't use chili, it still tastes good. Although not as good as spicy.

ok, what do you think?

Are you interested in try it?
