Last Saturday I had accompanied mom to the eye hospital and after finished we had a super tasty lunch, Indonesian hawker’s food which I wrote on my previous article.. and today I would like to share our experience later, yes, after eating the meatballs we went to our favorite shopping center cause we needed to buy some groceries in the supermarket there. It was tea time and we were a bit hungry again and luckily in the supermarket there was a foodcourt.

Mom straightly went to the food stall there to order her favorite Indonesian Shewmay…

Almost sold out but luckily we still got some shew may and also a cabbage there. Actually this food stall also sold any other food, like salad or fast food..

While mom ordered the shewmay I had my own duty, to order the coffee for us. The café also located in the supermarket food court area, in the corner.

They only sold coffee,

after chose I ordered then we had to pay in the cashier.

We needed to bring the shewmay to our table by ourselves while the coffee was delivered. Here how our shewmay and also coffee looked like

Now I would like to share about their taste and also flavour

THE FLAT WHITE COFFEE

It had soft coffee flavour and even with the sugar it wasn’t sweet, we couldn’t feel the caramel that it contained but it was fine. It served hot as I had ordered and it was foamy. It was not too sour so I thought it was still safe for people with gastric.

INDONESIAN BANDUNG SHEWMAY

The shewmay contained fish and had savory flavour plus it served with authentic peanut paste, sweet soy sauce and chilli sauce to bring it the sweet, savory, sour and a bit spicy flavour. The texture were soft and also chewy. A recommended menu if you come to my country, the name of the shewmay Bandung, refer to a city in West Java which is also well known as Paris van Java. What we had were perfect Bandung shewmay so I recommend you to try it too!

Anyway before i forget, this foodcourt had a large, clean and neat dining area. Nice ambience, they also used the white light which make the lighting here bright.

And the price we paid for them was not expensive. The shewmay was 40K IDR (around 2.8 USD) , while the coffee was just 8K IDR (only around 0.6 USD).
