I don’t know do you like to go the hair stylist, but both of us, mom and I, never enjoyed to go to the hair stylist. We both think that it is a waste of time, but after mom get cataract surgery, we needed too, this is because after the surgery, mom is not permitted to wash her hair, or even wash her face, pity of her, last Friday I took her to the hair stylist, just to wash her hair and also blow it dry. Usually mom washes her hair everyday and because of the surgery, she should pass 5 days without washing both her hair and also face. But Thanks God since this Tuesday, she just could wash her hair and face again, as for Monday when we met her ophthalmologist, she said mom’s lens already okay and she could wash her face and also hair.
Now get back to the experience, to get to the hair stylist we needed to go to the 3rd floor of the West Mall Grand Indonesia, the shopping center where we had our lunch that day. The hair stylist where mom went to, is famous, and has many branches in almost every shopping center.
Though their prices were not cheap, but mom needed to wash her hair, right?
The blow they offered will also cover the washing hair mom needed too, so we of course chose this treatment.
Mom needed to go their washing hair area at the back, I of course accompanied her, it wasn’t easy to have activities with one of your eyes had the plastic patch, right?
The washing hair area was not to big, it only had six of the equipments. Mom sat in the middle, the other worker, was washing the hair of a boy, while mom was handling by a she-male. But actually mom thought she was a real woman (but I had already known the truth, before mom realized it). But it was okay because she did it better than a real woman, not any water upon mom’s face and she did the washing so clean, even she did it thrice. Nice, right?
After finished with the washing hand, she took mom to an area which usually used to do the stylist works, whether to cut, blow and other treatments. The area was quite large, they also had 12 of the hair cutter there, so many, no wonder because this place called premium, which served premium services and treatments than just ordinary brand of their branch.
Now back to mom. First, mom got the hair lotion poured on her head first, then the she-male started to blow dry mom’s hair. She was really careful in handling mom’s hair. While doing the job, she talked to both mom and I, she was nice and kind.
Then it was finished, not too perfect, but at least mom’s hair was better than when it hadn’t been washed yet. Could say that mom usually makes her hair better than the stylist..
Now it was finished and mom needed to pay, how much did she needed to pay? You better guess!
