When I'm upset, the first thing I do to ease the sadness is listening to a sad song. It works for me, the sad song reminds me of sadness and I relax unexpectedly.

After making my eyes feel and feeling relaxed, I go to the cinema to see interesting sounds, especially the comedy films that will make me laugh out loud.
I will tell everyone that there are some people I will appoint as a merit in a particular task and there are other people who have to vote for the staff because they assume a task.

This will be a very easy strategy to end policies in my company. The reason I wanted to appoint some of the senior management staff in various positions was because I spent time to examine their contributions, efforts and contributions to my company before making an appointment. So I will appoint them on a merit basis.
