I don't know how taskmaster came up with 500 comments number. But that does look like making an impact in community. Because after 500 comments people would start to notice you. Like they would realize the avatar and the name and they can look you up and who knows may push you. But all of this would require doing this consistently. Like if you want to thrive, you show up and be consistent :)
