How much do you recommend sending to the dust account?

I don't have currently 5 HIVE. Maybe once I get like 2 HIVE through redeems, I guess I should send that time?

By the way how come some people have such a big upvotes? How do they reach that stage?

I am currently documenting my experience on github and the development. Not sure this will get me upvotes or not. I do this in order to document and not to forget these things in bookmark.
