Let's take a look at How to Connect Power BI to MS Access. In the past I have covered some of the tutorials specific to the Power BI and in that I covered the Power BI Connect to SQL Server. I decided to add more of such connection tutorials, so that anyone who wants to learn and use them can benefit out of the same.
Make sure to download the Power BI and also make sure you have Office installed on desktop. So that when you make use of the MS Access you would be able to connect. That would help you easily manage things and also you would be able to connect it for the data.
So let's learn how to do just that.
First thing that we are going to do is open the MS Access and make sure to create our database. So that there is something to fetch. And not like empty database that you are fetching. Next make sure to have the drivers for the MS Access because you never know which ODBC driver you would be needing.
Next thing you are ready to use this data to turn this into the visualization that you are looking at. Some of that would help you easily manage the charts and other plots.
Like access there are many other sources. Like say zoho creator. You can use it like access and take the data from the similar source. Also you have form like source say Jotform. So you can use that as well. Some of the time it can get a bit easier and also it would be something worth using as well. I don't know if it can be used in a right way.
Power BI is a good thing. It can let you visualize your data and it's desktop plan is free of cost. Some of the time it can make it easier for you to work with. I can make use of that for the development of many charts and the visualized scenarios would be easier to work with as well. So do give it a shot with some of it's data sources if you can.
