Startups are coming in different sectors. Some of them are into the traditional jobs, some are into the AI and the robotics. And also there are some of the jobs that are good with the income streams too. So in that context I'd say that joining new jobs and also enjoying your time with the place is kind of like fun.
So I want to put on some of the point that I have learned about joining the startup in the first timer. I hope that you would find my views interesting.
Startups start everything from the scratch. Each day would be hectic and also it can be health wise troublesome. Some can be mindset of the people that it would make them startup owner or so. That would be that one good thing that one has to think over and plan as well. Freshers need to treat the job like extra mile running type.
You gain some new connections. Some people find good friends. Some people find good HR folks. And then there are some of the folks who make sure to get new leads through the networking. I realized that gaining connections can build you up with the time spent in the company and among the connections of HR.
Each job in the new company builds your skills and also the portfolio also makes it easy to work with there as well. Portfolio is a good process to build up as you work with new companies and each person who works with the startup tend to get the social with enough resources and skills there.
Joining a startup is a good experience upto 40 years then after that you should be joining sorted and experienced workplace. So that is one of the things that you should think over for yourself. In that way I would say choose what type of experience you want to take in the life.
