AI is getting into every single field out there. It's one of those fields which are dominated by those who don't know code but are creative. A lot of photographers, graphic designers use tools like Photoshop to work for hours to bring quality results.
But unfortunately they are losing the job to the AI.
One of the popular small jobs in Fiverr is replacing the background of the people in photos. And those jobs used to pay like 5 dollar or something. And that changed. And the background change jobs now gone to the AI.
Now even the client can add the image into such editors and the tools and they can remove the background. Some of the folks who want to edit the background with some color, that is also possible too. In short a lot of things are being edited and controlled by the AI in tools now.
Say you have a lot of pimples and you want to change the colors of hairs. A lot of such editing can be replaced and done by AI. And you won't be needing that job to be outsourced to the humans. Which means the people who want such work would use tools directly.
Almost everything you can think of is now being done by the AI. Especially in the face department. They can detect color of skin, and the various changes that goes with the skin. People can even improve their body shape and the output would surprise you. So a lot of such changes can be done using the AI.
When you want to do some of the basic touchups and the editing those things even AI can find out and improve. So some of the changes at the camera level can be done too. Like improve light and also the overall quality of colors. All of that can be done by the AI now.
Ofcouse we do need humans. It's not like we would get everything done by the AI out of the box. The stage of AI having some really good features to replace humans are not done yet. Some of the features would still need humans in the due process.
In near future if we buy smartphone, or some camera like DSL line or even use the online software for editing. All of them would have AI to make changes for you and some of the time you don't even have to ask.
AI would do that for you.
