Since every one of us is not living under the same roof, We had decided to surprise our mom from miles away last Christmas. We made her think that she'll be spending the Christmas day alone and that we are so busy to fly over the Visayas so we can't make it but we told her that we had sent a package for her to wait on the Christmas eve and not to fall asleep.
Luckily, she thought that it was true but she felt really sad about it so it was really a bad thing but i think it plays the part to make the surprise more effective.
