Cursor floats with scroll and also not aligned in login page textboxes

A new version of eSteem Mobile app was launched a couple of days back. I wanted to start using the app again as it was not working for last few days now. Somehow I was logged out when I updated the app and started the app with the login page. At that moment I found a bug while using the app and below you can find the details of it.

Expected behavior

When using any textbox, as a user you always expect the cursor to be in textbox and always move aligned within the textbox as you type or delete the text in the textbox.

Secondly, if the page has a scroll and you have placed the cursor in the textbox then the cursor should always remain in the textbox even when you scroll the page.

Actual behavior

In eSteem Mobile iOS app login page, if you put the cursor in the password box to enter the password, the cursor sometimes hang in the middle outside the password textbox. When you write or delete the text, the cursor keeps moving outside the textbox while text is being written inside the textbox.

Secondly, when you put the cursor in password textbox and scroll up or scroll down the page, you will see that the cursor floats with the scroll in the middle of the page and then moves back into the textbox.

How to reproduce

1. Open eSteem Mobile App v1.5.0 on iOS 11.2.2 on an iPhone 6 device.
2. Navigate to Login page using the main menu. Make sure you are not logged in already in the eSteem app. If logged in already, then first logout to navigate to the ogin page.
3. Tap in the Username textbox and enter your Login username. You will notice that cursor is properly aligned.
4. Now, tap in the password textbox and you will notice the position of the cursor is not aligned in the textbox rather overlaps and comes inbetween username and password textboxes.
5. Try to delete few characters and you will see that there is no change in cursor position.
6. Now, tap again in the username textbox and you will see that cursor in username textbox is also not aligned and comes one line above the text you had already entered. However, if you change the text, it changes at the right spot.
7. Keeping cursor in one of the textboxes, try to scroll up and down the whole page. You will notice that cursor is floating in the page along with scroll and then return to the same spot.
