Every single artist had this one piece of artwork which is his masterpiece , his best of the best or whatever be named .I started photography as a Hobby .I wasn't serious about it until the day I shot this picture on my phone.I won't call it a masterpiece but it is my best amongst all.
The fact is I craved for having a DSLR, but didn't have the money for it.I didn't lose hope as I had my phone with and the picture you see here is 'Great Enlightenment' for me ,it sowed the seeds of passion in my life and discarded the belief that I cultivated about Photography as an artform could only be practised with a DSLR camera. So, I was on a trip to Bhalukpung which had some beautiful landscapes of North-East India , there
I was walking around casually and ended up visiting a scape that was unreal like if it was a gift from Heaven.
The picture that you saw was from the same place , I uploaded this picture on my facebook and one of my favourite photographers commented asking me what I had shot this on I said on my smartphone he literally made no further comment.
See moments like these define your journey , and that day I decided to continue shooting on my phone and I was enlightened by that picture itself .
I hope this gave you the idea of , why nurturing your potential is the best you to grow your passion.
