Sunday morning - I take some more time for breakfast and today I like to have it a little bit more spicy 🌶️
So I grabbed some of these Turkish spicy sausage called Sujuk or Sucuk, cut it in pieces put it in a fried pan and use it as a base for my omelette.
Just some Eggs and Sucuk and some cheese. Have a fried pan ready and keep it not on maximum heat.
But make sure you leave the liquid and oil
Just stir the eggs with a fork and add 3 teaspoons of sparkling water while stirring
Turkey Sucuk is this epic Turkish sausage that's all about big, bold flavors. Think ground beef or a beef-lamb combo, all jazzed up with an awesome mix of spices like garlic, cumin, sumac, and fiery red pepper. This stuff is no ordinary sausage - it's a flavor bomb!
It's got this chewy, dense vibe, thanks to being fermented and air-dried. Plus, it lasts ages in your kitchen, ready to amp up your food game anytime.

Breakfast with Sucuk? Heck yes! Slice it, fry it till it’s crispy around the edges, and boom - your eggs and toast just got a major upgrade. But that’s just the start. Sucuk is like this secret weapon you can add to pretty much anything. Soups, stews, grilled on skewers for that smoky spice hit - it does it all.
If you’re feeling chef-y, get wild with it. Throw it into pasta sauce for something different, top your pizza with it for a spicy twist, or mix it into your veggie dishes. It’s like a flavor explosion that makes everything more exciting.

So, Sucuk? It’s not just sausage - it’s this awesome, versatile ingredient that takes your food from meh to wow. It’s all about bringing that vibrant Turkish vibe into your kitchen and shaking things up! 🍳🔥🌶️
