Topic: More Barriers

Who needs more barriers?

I don’t know many people who like to have more barriers in their life for whatever reason.

INTRO

All the barriers I know Are stopping people from doing things more effectively travel in some other countries or maybe invisible barriers you might have in your head because you think you can’t do something.

Paperwork

Living in a country where you still have to do a lot of paperwork - instead of using digital tools is a huge barrier, I have a huge barrier with my motivation to do that paperwork.

It’s so much waste of time to go into these public buildings, to get some empty papers, to write something on it, add even more and other papers, stick them together and give it back to this government part is for me a painful job and a huge barrier. So, I'm often late with paperwork.

BORDERS

But there are many other barriers we need to get rid of. I hate to see that many people - from wherever they live on this globe - can’t travel to specific other places by limitations of barriers on border control.

This is a very big thing; honestly, I don’t know how to solve it. But why not take this into our brains and try to play to find some solutions for it?

Maybe in a few years, traveling to other countries, even when coming from a poor country, or not as developed country or whatever - should be possible for everybody.

BEHAVIOR

This last part brings me to the barriers you can’t see the barriers you have in your mind in your behavior. A

All these non-visible barriers are stopping us from doing specific things. Maybe looking for the next job, maybe developing your skills to the next level, maybe traveling to the country you wanted to see so many times. Maybe as well the barriers you have in mind aka behavior which limits you to talk to someone about any personal or job topic.

My advice as a coach and consultant for the new way of working is to start doing things differently and kill barriers

Get rid of this barrier inside yourself!

CONCLUSION

From my understanding barriers are only things. You in doing the right thing.
Overall, we don’t need any barriers. We don’t need more obstacles, to be honest we need fewer barriers to have a better life on this globe.
