Involving myself into daily activities rather than medications
Everything isn't just about Medication, here is why i said so, follow me馃槉
For a long time, I felt tired all the time. I wasn鈥檛 sick in a way my nurse could easily fix with medicine, but I just didn鈥檛 feel good. I was always sleepy, didn鈥檛 have energy to do things I liked, and sometimes I felt sad, and depressed for no clear reason. One day, I realized maybe medicine wasn鈥檛 the answer. Maybe I needed to change how I lived.
First, I told my counselor about it, then she looked at my daily habits. I was often staying up late, chatting with friends or scrolling on my phone. I ate fast food a lot because it was easy and quick. I didn鈥檛 exercise at all. And I'm always indoor for hours Infact days. I thought all these things weren鈥檛 very important, but now I saw my body and mind were suffering because of them.
So, she made a plan to change it all little by little. I started by going to bed earlier around 10 p.m. and tried to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. It was hard at first because I used to stay up past midnight, but after a few days, I noticed I felt more awake and less tired during the day.
Next, I changed my eating habits. I began to cook simple meals at home with fresh vegetables, rice, and egg instead of eating snacks and fries. At first, it seemed boring, but after a while, I saw how good food made me feel better inside. I had more energy and wasn鈥檛 gaining weight like before.
Exercise was the toughest change. I wasn鈥檛 strong and didn鈥檛 like to move much. If i can remember secondary school was the last time i participated in a sport activities. But I started slowly just a 15-minute walk every morning around my neighborhood. After a week, I felt happier and my mood lifted. Walking helped me clear my mind and feel less anxious.
One unexpected thing I did was try to spend less time on my phone and more time talking with family and friends. This made me feel less lonely and helped me open up when I was sad or worried. Sometimes just sharing your feelings makes a big difference.
Over a few months, these small changes added up. I didn鈥檛 need any medicine to fix my tiredness or sadness because my body and mind were getting what they really needed rest, good food, movement, and connection. I even came to enjoy my new routine.
Ever since then this experience taught me that not all health problems need pills. Sometimes, the best medicine is changing how we live every day, paying attention to what our body and heart really want. It鈥檚 not easy, but it鈥檚 worth it.
