El fin de semana hicimos sushi, el marido de una prima llevaba muchas semanas queriendo hacer suchi y le apoyamos el fin de semana en su idea, compramos los ingredientes necesarios y nos pusimos manos a la obra.
Hicimos sushi variado, algo de sushi tempura, algo de sushi plátano y algo de sushi normal, estuvimos varias horas haciendo estos sushi. Es la segunda vez que hacemos sushi este año y la verdad es que es una experiencia única porque es divertido en grupo.
Cabe mencionar que el sushi de tempura y el de plátano son los que más me gustan, el toque dulce del plátano resalta los sabores. Espero que disfrutéis de este pequeño blog en modo sushi.

On the weekend we made sushi, the husband of a cousin had wanted to make suchi for many weeks and we supported him on the weekend in his idea, we bought the necessary ingredients and we got down to work.
