Weekend engagement 201: One of the greatest emotions of my life

Since I was a teenager, cooking has been my favorite hobby and one of my greatest passions. I greatly enjoy the process of preparing recipes, creating my own versions and experimenting with different flavors to give a personal touch to each dish. It is an activity that fills me with joy. satisfaction and allows me to relax completely.

I'm constantly looking for new recipes, I follow renowned chefs and my main YouTube page is always full of culinary options to explore. For me, one of the biggest thrills is trying to recreate a dish that I've tried in a restaurant and making it perfect. First, that's why every time I order food I try to eat something different for the simple reason of trying to decipher the flavors, the satisfaction of mastering a recipe and obtaining the desired result is indescribable.

In fact, there was a time when I became obsessed with baking. Every three or four days I baked different types of bread, I read articles about baking and rising techniques, and I experimented incessantly with the joy of seeing my breads fluffy, soft, and with perfect shape filled me with pride, I even took many photos of them and shared my creations with my acquaintances.

Nowadays, few things generate as much excitement for me as cooking, it is a truly rewarding hobby for me, perhaps it is due to the fact that it is an activity that I do for complete pleasure and not out of obligation, what is certain is that preparing Food is a hobby that has accompanied me for many years now and that I hope to continue enjoying for the rest of my life.
