Hola amigos de Hive, espero que se encuentren bien, el día de hoy les vengo a compartir mi participación en la iniciativa de la comunidad Holos&Lotus y dejarles mi apreciación sobre la paciencia y como ha influido en mi vida, espero que les guste, sin más que agregar, comencemos.

En realidad siempre he sido una persona paciente, aunque dicha paciencia a lo largo de los años se ha ido mermando puesto que soy una persona ansiosa, mi truco para saber que estoy perdiendo la paciencia es realizar un análisis de lo que está sucediendo y tratar de tomarlo con calma.
Actually I have always been a patient person, although this patience over the years has been diminishing since I am an anxious person, my trick to know that I am losing patience is to analyze what is happening and try to take it easy.
Al ser una persona introvertida soy muy calmado en ciertos escenarios, cuando estoy con desconocidos puedo ser la persona más paciente del mundo, cosa contraria si estoy alrededor de amistades o familiares, como mencioné anteriormente mi truco para tener paciencia es detectar cuando estoy pasando una crisis de ansiedad, puedo tener la mayor paciencia en una fila para comprar víveres, para surtir gasolina o esperar por un corte de cabello, así que mi truco es buscar como entretenerme o pensar en mis futuros proyectos, ya que siempre estoy haciendo algo.
Being an introverted person I am very calm in certain scenarios, when I am with strangers I can be the most patient person in the world, the opposite if I am around friends or family, as I mentioned before, my trick to be patient is to detect when I am going through a crisis of anxiety, I can have the most patience in a line to buy groceries, to fill gas or wait for a haircut, so my trick is to find a way to entertain myself or think about my future projects, since I am always doing something.
Como dice el viejo refrán “la paciencia es una virtud” no hay que desesperarse y esperar que todo fluya, durante toda mi vida me he enfrentado a situaciones de alta tensión y gracias a los trucos mencionados anteriormente he logrado sobrellevarlos, siempre intento no desesperarme aunque mientras más pasa el tiempo me vuelvo más impaciente.
As the old saying goes "patience is a virtue" there is no need to despair and wait for everything to flow, throughout my life I have faced high tension situations and thanks to the tricks mentioned above I have managed to cope with them, I always try not to despair even if the more time passes I become more impatient.
