A little video I made for my Vietnamese friend Bieu, whom I met by chance whilst in Hanoi a couple of years ago. He is the owner of Reng Reng Cafe. Their beans are organically grown by their family in the mountains of Dalat and roasted by Bieu in Hanoi. He was super kind to send me 4 packets of different beans as a gift and I thought I'll make a little video using the last remaining packet of light roast beans. He is a super cool dude and quite a rebel in the Vietnamese coffee circuit. Thanks again Bieu!
