The Russian doll thing could be because of that. My fifth treatment, I did have a feeling of layers of my breaking away.

I am planning on doing another 4 gram trip in the next couple months. I bought a bunch of the chocolate bars so I could do it again. I don't think I will go above 4 grams though. I don't think there is a need for anything higher. 4 grams is a perfect dose to feel great afterwards and have some really good insight into yourself.
