Such a great day
The weather today has been awesome. It was about 75 degrees, which is the perfect temperature. Not too hot and not too cold.
So I grabbed my OneWheel and headed out. I made a detour and stopped at the store to get a drink and rode around sipping on an energy drink.
Riding in the bike lane next to the main road can be a bit scary, but luckily no idiots were driving past me. There is a ton of construction going on here in my area, and the construction areas are awesome for off-roading in.
I am surprised at how well the OneWheel handles on these road conditions. It can get a bit scary if you are going too fast and there are a lot of dips cause if you aren't careful, you will nosedive.
After my accident last year though, I have gotten a lot more careful about how fast I go, but there are still times where I get going too fast and I need to remind myself to slow down cause it sucked when I messed my leg up.
When I was riding in this area, it reminded me of the salt flats. It would be awesome to go out to the salt flats and get some drone shots of me riding.
So how is the weather where you are? Are you finally getting able get out and enjoy the warm weather? I need to plan a trip down to the southern part of Utah and go riding there. Moab or St George area would be fun to take this out on.
