Things have been pretty busy for my family lately. Who would have thought having a newborn in the home would be so much work.
One thing I have been trying to do is make sure that Theo gets outside for at least one walk a day and some extra time outdoors.
The weather hasn’t been too bad lately and we have had some pretty cool cloud coverage to keep things from getting too hot.
This morning on our walk, we ran into one of our favorite neighborhood cats. This cat came to our house the day that our daughter went into labor and visited with us for a bit. We also think that he could be related to our cats Rusty and Keiichi. They have a lot of similarities to them and it seems like this cat knows us too.
My plants are doing great. I ended up harvesting the OG Kush yesterday. It is starting to really warm up here and the temps in the tent were getting kind of high in the afternoon, so I am glad that I could get one of the plants out of the tent so I don’t use as many lights.
I am hoping for a ten day drying time for the OG Kush before I start trimming but it may not take that long before it is dry enough for me to begin trimming. I am hoping for a couple ounces from this plant but I won’t know for sure until I am done trimming.
GDP will have probably two to three times the amount that the Kush has by the time I am done trimming that one too. I think GDP will be ready for harvest by the end of the week. I am so excited to have some fresh GDP. It’s been too long since I had any of this strain.
My son has been killing it lately with his business. They have expanded to Florida now and he spent all of last week tinting mansions and yatchs.
It’s been cool watching him over the last few years grow his business into an empire. They have opened a few shops around the country and he travels between them doing jobs, training people and making connections. He really is setting himself up for success in this life and it is so cool to see all of his hard work paying off.
Overall, life is really good for my family. Busy, but good. It’s nice to be able to have some time to make a post here on Hive. It seems like I haven’t had the time for Hive lately.
I want to take the time to thank everyone here on hive that has been supporting me over the years and interacting with my content. Hive has been an amazing creative outlet for me. I have done some really cool things here and met so many awesome people.
